first and foremost i forgot to mention i bought new phone. HTC monster HD2! i cant post up the pics, cuz i dont have camera, except for my HD2 monster 5MP HD camera. as for now, i’m really happy with my new gadget. i foresee no new gadgets for awhile, i really need to save up. i wanna marry! soon! (sigh~ melepaslah GTX480 nVIDIA Fermi)
few things bout me, in case you all x tahu, i dont like default. i x like norm. i x like things without being tweaked with my own flava. my dad selalu said to me ” Jepun dah buat elok2, yang kau g “sobek” lagi tu kenapa?”… lol being me, i cant use default things. lame!
few tweaks i found really useful for my HD2…
- PHM Regedit (Monster!)
- SRS WOW HD (ipodzilla!)
- LeoNotify (must have!)
- BsB Tweaks (simple yet powahh!)
- RAM Sweeper (WinMO semua kena pakai sweeper, durh!~)
- Chainfire (improve 3D)
- CHT (turns your HD2 > isuck4)
- NET Compact 3.5 (support backward compatibility)
- TorchButton (pretty helpful)
- SciLor’s LeoCamera (good for less hard-key touch screen phone)
- MP3 Trimmer (default)
- and few games from marketplace
last night, i found that…i just recently started getting my Incoming SMS/TEXT at a different time meaning for Example: right now is 11:00AM anyone who sends me a Text/sms the time on their incoming text/sms says 10:30AM. Totally wrong! i wanna MY HTC MESSAGE USE MY TIMESTAMP not SENDER TIMESTAMP. WHY? because i live in future, i always FF my time at least by 30 mins. So my clock is 11AM yours is 1030AM, so if i received msg from you, in my inbox the timestamp should appear 11AM not 1030AM! it became worst with threaded/conversation type of messaging!
moar example:
(normal threaded msg. Amir time 11AM (fastforward), GF time 1030AM)- ikut time Amir instead of GF
Amir : Hi tgh buat ape? (11 AM)
Amir : Delivered (1101 AM)
GF : Tgh main dgn cik yam (1105AM)
Amir : Wah bagusnya! kalau anak sendiri mesti sayang giler kan? (1107AM)
Amir : Delivered (1108AM)
GF : Gelenya yoh! (1110AM)
but in HD2
(Amir time 11AM (fastforward), GF time 1030AM)-ikut time Amir untuk receiver, ikut time GF untuk sender.
GF : Tgh main dgn cik yam (1035AM)
GF : Gelenya yoh! (1040AM)
Amir : Hi tgh buat ape? (11 AM)
Amir : Delivered (1101 AM)
Amir : Wah bagusnya! kalau anak sendiri mesti sayang giler kan? (1107AM)
Amir : Delivered (1108AM)
haywire kan!!!? setelah saya tweaked regedit (PHM) selama 5 hours. i found the SOLUTION!
Will do the trick with Native HTC HD2 Messaging
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ Jataayu\Messaging\SMS]“UseSystemTimeAsRecvTime”=dword:00000001=decimal
If you would rather not do registry edits by hand, so live with haywire HTC Messaging!.
