Yet another HSE commitment was neglected. People are concentrated too much on one side, overlook the most important side. The center stage taken by working level, running the show on her own way, neglecting all integrity issues and surprisingly ignoring the entire person in charge; who are accountable for their very own asset. And yet, I see this as a political move run by a cheeky girl with a very sleek move. No wonder she gets such recognition from bosses. What a waste.
The plan is simple. Instruct her mate to run the entire shitty job. She will handle on management side when things are in place. On the eyes on management, she will look like superwoman, her friend gonna take all the bashing. No wonder she hits 2 and the other girl barely score 3. But then, the other girl deserved it, because she is just plain stupid. Yes you are. Ass kisser! Lolz.
